SPEECH CARE 

I am the Director and Lead Clinician at Speech Care, and a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Preschool Speech and Language Program - Hanen Centre. Since earning my Master of Speech Pathology in 2009, I have dedicated my career to supporting children with speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care that empowers children to become confident and successful communicators.

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an Adjunct Lecturer and Clinical Educator in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto, where I mentor and supervise graduate students during their clinical training. This academic role enables me to remain actively engaged in clinical education, emerging research, and evidence-based practice, ensuring that the assessment and intervention I provide reflect the highest standards of care.

I am committed to excellence through lifelong learning and professional development. I have completed advanced certification and training in internationally recognized programs, including The Hanen Centre®, PROMPT, Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT), and the Lidcombe Program. By integrating specialized training with the latest research, I provide comprehensive, evidence-informed assessment and intervention tailored to each child's unique strengths and communication needs.

Beyond my professional roles, I am also a parent. Being a parent has further enriched my understanding of child development and the importance of partnering with families. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where children and their caregivers feel empowered throughout their communication journey.
